On September 26, 2023, in the Congress Center of Sumy State University, the ceremonial presentation of scholarships named after the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration took place. Anna Oropai, a student of the department of journalism and philology of the FРSС of Sumy State University, is among the awardees, who is studying at the "Advertising and Public Relations".

Scholars have become recipients of education who have excelled in science, sports, creativity, actively participate in student self-government bodies, volunteer, and win international, all-Ukrainian, and regional Olympiads, contests, or competitions. This year there were 41 of them from 27 educational institutions. Among the awardees are 5 students of Sumy State University.

Speaking with a welcoming speech, the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration, Volodymyr Artyukh, praised the scholars for their achievements and also wished them new victories and successes.
– I am very grateful to God, my parents for their support and, of course, the university and teachers for the opportunities and guidance! It's great that the state supports students, motivates them to move on even during the war, Anna Oropai noted.

During her studies, she proved herself to be a hardworking, diligent, responsible student. According to the results of the certification, he has excellent results in all disciplines. Participates in the scientific activities of the university, participates in Olympiads and selects prize places.
