The lecturers of the Department of Journalism and Philology have prepared a pilot project of the outreach media literacy courses within the framework of the work package "Outreach Media Literacy Courses" of the international grant program DESTIN "Journalistic Education for Democracy in Ukraine: Development of Standards, Integrity, and Professionalism" (the national project Erasmus+ KA2).

The courses aim to form and develop the skills of critical perception of information; information literacy; the ability to use media in communication with other people. The outreach project is designed for the general public: it may be of interest to secondary school pupils, teachers, students, and anyone who wants to increase the level of media literacy.  Today, these are 5 training modules that contain video materials, a summary on the topic of the message, as well as tests by which you can determine your progress in mastering educational content and the level of media literacy.
